This is not something new, however, this same tale is happening all over America. If you cross the major border towns into Mexico, you will see nothing but new modern facilities all belonging to RCA, Ford Motor Company, Delco-Remy, General Electric, and the list goes on and on. Other important jobs are being sent to China, India, Ireland, Taiwan and South American countries where the labor is dirt cheap. DID YOU KNOW, that some of the jobs are also being given to prisoners in state penal institutions? 1/3 of our jobs in Reed City was sent to prison inmates to perform so that Delco-Remy could realize tax breaks and pay almost nothing for labor?
Isn't it time, we as Americans, begin writing our Congressmen and Senators asking what is being done to protect American jobs? How many of us does this have to affect before we realize that we are being priced out of the work force? If very few of us are going to be working, who is going to pay the taxes to bring down the national debt? Certainly not Corporate America!! There is no security in your job anymore, WAKE UP AMERICA!!
